Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Tie Boss SA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Winner Selection:
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the entry period. Selection will occur within 3 days after the entry period ends. The winner will be notified via a direct message on Facebook and must respond within 14 days to claim the prize.
Winner Announcement:
The winner’s name may be announced on the Tie Boss Facebook page and other social media platforms. By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name for this purpose.
Delivery of Prize:
The prize will be shipped to the winner’s address at no cost, or sent via Facebook message. The Organiser is not responsible for any delays or issues in delivery due to incorrect information provided by the winner or other factors beyond the Organiser’s control.
Disqualification:
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions or who has tampered with the entry process.
Privacy:
Any personal data collected during the giveaway will be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and for future marketing campaigns by the Organiser on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), in accordance with the Organiser’s privacy policy.
General Conditions:
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by the Organiser in its sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability:
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organiser, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claim, or damage arising out of or in connection with participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of the prize.
